At the moment, the only pieces of kumihimo made on a marudai which I have scanned are some experiments using space-dyed ribbon ...
... and the counterweight bag which I made for myself. The drawstring cord uses rayon (viscose) machine embroidery thread. It is an 8-bobbin braid, 8H in Jacqui Carey's book Creative Kumihimo. For more details of the bag itself, look on my weaving page.
